Originally from Auckland, New Zealand (Aotearoa, Land of the Long White Cloud), I have lived in Anderson, South Carolina since 2005. Working as an Accountant by day and Artist /Crafter by night and weekends.

Arts & Crafts are my passion. A chance to relax and put paint to canvas, expressing myself through Art or create crafts using silk screen Stencils.

Married to my husband Mike for 20 years. We enjoy gardening and spending quality time together

Artist Statement: Jennifer Hawkins is a self-taught artist from Auckland, New Zealand who is known for acrylic paintings that capture mystical themes. Her artistic journey began in high school when she first started experimenting with paint.

Driven by a deep fascination with paint and texture, Jennifer has honed her skills through dedicated practice and exploration of various techniques. She is particularly drawn to Silhouettes and vibrate colors.

Jennifer's work has been showcased at the Anderson Arts Center Anderson SC.

As an Artist, she is currently focused on a series with mystical undertones and believes that art has the power to bring peace and serenity to the artist and the owner of her pieces.
